Coming Soon: New WE-Q Profile Portal!
We are launching a new WE-Q Profile portal on May 24, 2023. Here's what you need to know:
Portal Downtime:
The portal will be offline on May 22 and 23. During this time, no one will be able to access the portal, including you and your clients.
What You Need To Do By May 19:
Update your email address by May 19 in the portal's "Account Information" section to receive email updates about the launch. If you have clients who you've invited to take the profile but have not completed it yet, please encourage them to do so before May 19. If they cannot complete the profile by May 19, you will need to send them a new invitation in the new portal.
Sneak Peek and Walkthrough:
Look out for email updates as well as an invitation to join us for the portal walkthrough and Q&A sessions on May 24-26, from 10-11 AM Eastern and 3-4 PM Eastern.
